I am in need of a replacement fan and can't find one for 15-ew anywhere! Would appreciate any help. Thanks.

The parts list for your notebook indicates that you need this fan part number:

 

HP PartSurfer

 

N09634-001
FAN GPU

 

I see some listed on eBay with that part number, such as this one...
