HP Recommended

Hi,

I have a HP Envy x360 2-in-1 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - Model:M6-AQ105DX - runs on Windows 10. I was using this a few days ago and when it got down to 10% battery life, I went to plug the charger in, as I had just down a few hours before. But this time it wasn't charging. I thought there was a loose connection somewhere so I tried to fix this, but nothing. The laptop eventually closed down as the battery ran out.

Then I thought maybe the charger itself was at fault, so I purchased a new one. I'm still not able to charge it up. No light comes up when I plug in the charger. So, now I'm thinking it might be the actual laptop charging port itself. How do I fix this please? There was no warning signs that this might happen. Am I able to charge it a different way? I don't want to attempt to unscrew the laptop to check and confirm it might be the port.

Thanks
