Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ee0013dx

I bought an HP Envy x360 Convertible 15m-ed0xx in November 2020. When I went to close it the left hinge popped. The screen has also come loose of its mounting at the bottom left corner. Is it possible to get this fixed and how much would it cost? This laptop hasn't not been dropped or mistreated in any way. The screen is not cracked but the laptop can no longer be closed at all so any help is greatly appreciated.

I understand that this is Hardware issue. But the support here is limited to software troubleshooting. However, since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who would have an option to schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.

 

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
