Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15m-ed1023dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The right hinge pulled out of the support structure causing the screen to crack around the hinge.  A simple search on this problem indicates that this is a design flaw and should probably be a class action. recall.  Who do I have to talk to to get this repaired/replaced?

I see that you are facing hinge issues with your aHP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec1025ax.

 

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair. 

 

I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this weblink: https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/service-center 
Note: Select your country from the dropdown,  enter the city or postal code, select the product and click on search to locate the nearest HP Service center near your location.
