HP Envy X360 convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In August 2020, i decided to purchase a HP envy x360 from Currys, and for about 1 and a half years it has worked really well, but recently i have found out the hinge on the right side of the screen has broken. Unfortunately i am out of warranty and i don't think an issue like this would be covered anyway.

I keep my laptop cared for well and always leave it in a case so it hasn't been dropped but i quickly found on this forum, that multiple users were saying this was a big problem and a major design flaw. It's really disappointing as i've loved this laptop in the time i've had it and also that so many people are having this issue and HP hasn't done much to fix it.

Is there anyway i can get this fixed without having to buy a new laptop as i really depend on it for college work?

Thanks
