I purchased an HP Envy x360 laptop about 3.5 years ago.

Out of the blue, the right hinge broke, cracking my screen, & essentially rendering my laptop unusable.

I'm very careful with my laptop so this had nothing to do with me.

This happened to my previous laptop too!

I spent a lot of money on this laptop & am extremely disappointed that HP knowingly continues selling faulty hardware.

Since my laptops are out of warranty, HP support won't help me.

Is there someone here from HP that is honest & ethical that can authorize a free repair - since this is a known issue to HP & totally not my fault?

Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out.

There is no need for troubleshooting or inspections.

My hinge is broken which then cracked the screen.

The damage is crystal clear.

As for my serial number, I send you a PM.

Thank you.
