I’ve had my HP Envy for some months now. While I love the laptop, I won’t lie, it seems flimsy. Apparently this is somewhat common among these types of laptops, but the right side of my laptop does not sit flat on some surfaces. When typing it taps up and down on the surface, and when I look at it from the side there is a clear downward tilt of the bottom half of the laptop to the left. Usually I just sort of bend it back to try and even it out and it works fine shortly, but eventually just reverts back to the tilted form. I’m a college student and dealing with a heavy course load, away from home, so I don’t really have the luxury of shipping it off or bringing it in somewhere for return right now. I tried loosening the screws on the bottom, as I saw mentioned in another forum— but didn’t want to over listen them and haven’t notice any real difference. Does anyone have this problem as well? Or are there some other solutions I could try. I know this is minor, but it really bothers me when I’m trying to work.
