Hi, have a HP Envyx360 and have been having an issue with the keyboard and touchpad working. While I am using the laptop the keyboard or touchpad (but never both at the same time) will randomly stop working and I will need to restart the laptop in order to get them to work again. This generally happens every couple of days. Drivers and bios are up to date. Any ideas why this might be happening? Thanks

I reviewed your post and I understand that the touchpad and keyboard stop working randomly.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you uninstall the touchpad driver from the device manager and then download and install the driver from the below link and test.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp106001-106500/sp106164.exe
Also, uninstall the keyboard driver and restart the computer and check whether the issue is resolved.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
