Similar to other users on this forum without any abuse the left hinge broke on my HP Envy x360.  The screen on the bottom left popped out. I  am unable to close the laptop as I am concerned it will crack the screen or break a connector. This is an Envy X360  model 15-ee1093cl purchased at Costco in December 2021. I see many similar posts have HP employees message users so I am starting here rather than pursuing other options for repair.

Nothing in your message needed to be private. I am fully capable of contacting HP support rather was hoping for a free out of warranty repair with this hinge as it seems to be a common Envy issue. Ill pursue other options for repair.
