Left hinge broke and screw fell out. The screen itself started to separate from the top at the same location when trying to tilt it. I can no longer open and close it without it starting to separate more. I don't want to damage further or damage anything related to the screen itself. There was not anything traumatic that happened before this occured it randomly did it when I went to close the top (it did not fall, hit anything, etc. ) It seems this issue has occured to a lot of people and HP was able to resolve even when the warranty has expired.
