I have posted about my laptop issue on 10 Aug 24 as below, but up to now, no feedback from HP Support.....
"I am using HP ENVY x360 only for over 1 year and last 2 days ago, when I am closing the laptop, I can not close and found the left side hinge have issues. Then I carefully handle the screen but after the hinge got issues, the display panel is started crashing. And then the hinge can not control the weight of display and the display is cracked a lot and totally damaged.
HV ENVY x360 is not cheap product but the hinge design is very bad and now, it is totally useless after a year…
I would like to know how HP will take responsibility for theirs products design? Or this product is designed to use for 1 year only… "
