Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-dr1xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I started using my HP envy x360 a few months ago and for the past few days its left  hinge makes a cracking noise. This noise is getting louder by the day and i am worried that it will break very soon. 

 

Any advise?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, 

This sounds like hardware related issue with the hinge assembly and in order to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
