HP Envy x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I noticed that my laptop was making a cracking sound when I close it, and I realized that the bottom left side of the screen had popped out. I had this issue before, but I popped the screen back into place and didn't have any issues until now. I cannot close my laptop without the screen popping out again. I have an HP Envy x360.

I have the same problem. Seems like HP has poor QA. How could that even happen? I was asked to go to HP repair centre and wait for an entire week to get it fixed. What a waste of time and my productivity. No more HP.
