I ran the Norton Smart Scan and it says that I need to update HP drivers for Intel Audio controllers, Realtek PCIE card reader, and a few more. When I go to the HP website for drivers, It won't let me select Win 11. So do I need to go to Intel to get drivers to update? I did all that I could do through Windows Updates but these are not being updated. See attached screen shot of drivers needed.

Hi @mtress87,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're having trouble finding drivers for your HP Envy x360 on the HP website, and it won't let you select Windows 11, here's what you can do:
Visit HP Support Website:
- Go to the HP Support website.
- Enter your laptop's model number (HP Envy x360) and check if there are drivers available for Windows 11. Sometimes, drivers for older operating systems might be compatible with Windows 11, even if they're not explicitly listed.
Check for Windows Update:
- Make sure your Windows 11 is fully updated. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.
Download Drivers from HP:
- Intel Audio Drivers: Visit the Intel Download Center and search for the audio drivers compatible with your system. Use the Intel Driver & Support Assistant to automatically detect and install the correct drivers.
- Realtek PCIE Card Reader: Go to the Realtek website and download the drivers for the PCIE card reader. They should have drivers for various Windows versions, including Windows 11.
Use HP Support Assistant:
- Download and install the HP Support Assistant if you haven't already. It can help detect and install the latest drivers for your HP laptop.
Device Manager Update:
- Open Device Manager (you can search for it in the Start menu).
- Locate the devices with missing drivers (they might have a yellow exclamation mark).
- Right-click on the device and select Update driver. Choose the option to search automatically for updated driver software.
Manual Installation:
- If you have the specific driver files (e.g., .exe or .zip), you can manually install them. For .zip files, extract the files and use Device Manager to update the driver by pointing it to the extracted files.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
