HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ed0013dx
Microsoft Windows 11

Today the left hinge on my 2 year old HP Envy x360 BROKE.  Now the screen has to be propped up to just to see it and I cannot use the touch screen feature unless I manually hold the screen while touching it. My computer just turned 2 years old and it is out of warranty.  Since this is a known manufacturer's design flaw, will HP do anything to repair my gently used computer?  This is disappointing that after it is paid for, the left hinge snaps loose.   Can anyone share how to complain to HP about this common issue with the HP Envy x360?  Otherwise, the computer still looks new.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I understand your HP notebook hinge is separating from the unit, to fix this issue your computer needs to be repaired.
