Finally, I found a solution using the tool sharpkeys. The following configuration did the trick for me (see the picture below).
But I believe this should have been done by either the Windows keyboard driver, or by the BIOS.
I don't know what whill be the result if I install Linux

Welcome to the HP Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, there's an issue with the keyboard.
Appreciate you trying the steps. Don't worry, I'm here to help!
Let's try these steps -
Step 1 Hard Reset -
1) Shutdown the computer.
2) Unplug all the Adapter and peripherals connected.
3) Press and hold down the power button for 15 to 20 seconds.
4) Plug-in the Adapter.
5) Try to turn on the computer.
Step 2 BIOS Defaults -
1) Shutdown the computer.
2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.
3) Press F10 once for BIOS.
4) Press F9 for BIOS defaults.
5) Press F10 to save and exit.
Step 3 Re-install the Keyboard drivers -
1) In Windows, search for and open Device Manager.
2) Double-click Keyboards.
3) Right click on the keyboard drivers and click on uninstall.
4) Restart the computer.
Step 4 BIOS Update -
Download and install the BIOS from this link.
Step 5 Run the Keyboard test -
1) Shutdown the computer.
2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.
3) Press F2 once.
4) Go to Component test.
5) From the list, run the Keyboard test.

Hello again,
Thanks for your help. I have tried your suggestions but I still have the same issue. I think it is a software issue, because when clicking on the button, the Diagnostics is detecting a click, but not the correct one.
Any other suggestion please ? I took a picture of my keyboard. May be you can suggest some specific driver for this layout.

I found a thread on the forum suggesting that I might need a BIOS update. Maybe the problem I have is related to the BIOS update I made. Is there any update less recent ? (might be a regression in the BIOS)

Try updating the computer -
Step 1 Windows Updates troubleshooter -
Click on this link to run Windows Updates troubleshooter.
Step 2 Windows Updates -
1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
Step 3 HP Support Assistant Updates -
1) In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
