Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-ed1000 (169X0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Today, when opening my HP Envy x360 screen I suddenly heard a cracking noise. The right hinge popped out and cracked the screen. Laptop was never dropped and always handled with care.

Same issue as many other users have reported and which already triggered a class action law suit in the USA.IMG_20250129_083645.jpg
