Hi.
Today when I opened my laptop, I was greeted with crunchy sounds and discovered that the left hinge had broken and popped out, and caused some cracks in the bottom left of the screen.
I've been unable to contact HP support as when I try to use the Service Assistant I'm told that warranty information can't be checked. I want to be able to get this repaired as this seems to be a common issue amongst HP Envy x360 owners and seems to be a manufacturing defect.
Thank you.

Hiya,
I'm not able to contact the repair team with those steps unfortunately. There isn't any phone number included and only links me to the Virtual Agent that can't help me due to issues with finding warranty info.
I'm happy to pay but I'd just like to be able to get in contact with whoever I need to so I can get the process started. Any internet based options would be ideal but a phone number would also be helpful.
Thanks.
