HP Envy x360 hinge broken

Similar to many people on the internet and on these community posts, my HP Envy's hinge has also decided to break. Was using it the same day and was completely fine. Luckily, I was fortunate enough that my screen did not crack like others before me. For such a common problem it seems like HP doesn't care about it. There should at least be some sort of compensation for it like free repairs, a direct link to parts and how to fix it, or something along the lines of that. I'd like some sort of solution that fixes this issue as I really like this laptop. Preferably not costing nearly the same as the laptop itself.
