Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-bd0000 (172M8AV)

My HP Envy hinge jammed for no apparent reason and popped out of the corner of the screen when opening it.

I have taken it to the local recommended repairer and they can't help as there are no parts available.

I see from previous posts that this is a common problem with these HP models, has HP got a repair support team that can contact me please.
