Envy x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since I purchased my new Envy x360 it has been in the service center multiple times and the same problems continue. Cheap defective keyboards and screens that burn-in after a few months of use.  This is a cheaply built unit and it's broken again with only 1.5 years of use.

Keep in mind that the replacement keyboard I require is out of stock at HP with no estimated date for having them back in stock.  I have had to order one from a third party.  I have been without a work-from-home computer for 6 days and counting,  I'm not able to provide for my family as a result.  I spent $1200 on this Envy x360  from the HP online store to ensure this wouldn't happen. As it stands I now have spent $1600 on this laptop and it's broken.
