Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I recently was gifted this laptop from my grandfather, he kept the laptop on a very dusty desk and never cleaned it. When I tried to turn on the laptop I received the system fan 90b error, so I took it to Intrex and they replaced the fan with the same model fan. They returned to me the old fan, which did not appear to have anything wrong with it.

Yet, less than two months later I have the system fan 90b error again, which will overheat and shutdown my computer during tasks that it handled easily before. Two weeks ago, my fan starting running constantly, and not smoothly. It would sputter and stop and start rather than continuously spin. I decided rather than take my computer to a professional I'd look inside the case myself. I opened it, and nothing seems to be dusty in there (I keep it on a clean desk), so I don't know what the problem could be.

I'm going to continue searching older posts from other people in this forum to see if anyone has figured out the cause to this problem, but if you read this and have suggestions I would very much appreciate them. Thank you!
