Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-ed1000 (169W8AV)

The right hinge of my envy x360 15-ed1769ng notebook is broken. Seemingly it´s not the hinge itself but the plastic were the screws are fixed behind the LCD. According to the huge amount of issues this is seemingly a common problem.

@hp support: What can I do, as warranty is over for 6 months?

This is really very annoying because I bought many hp products for it´s quality. But I´m not sure if that´s reasonable any more. Thank you
