Hii,

I purchased a HP envy x360 in Nov 2022 and two days ago while closing my laptop the hinge broke and that damaged the screen. Now the screen has cracks.

When I took it to the repair shop they told me I have to change the whole panel and screen because the hinge is faulty, screen is cracked and they told me they can’t source HP panel.

 

please someone help me.
