I read that this may be a battery problem and it can be a hazard problem.
I checked the HP support and the nearest center I got was an Office Depot over 50 miles away and when I called, they said they had no repair person onsite. The other reference was a "you break it, we fix it" place for phone repair.
How do I contact HP repair to get this repaired? Also how do I get a written quote for HP repair?
Thanks for help !

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.

We are trying to find a replacement battery but so far haven't found one - the HP Parts shows for the HP Envy x360 only batteries for the 15 inch model while I have the 13 inch model.
While waiting on getting the replacement battery, can someone please send me the instructions on how to remove the battery from my HP Envy? I have the 13 inch touchscreen HP Envy x360 - 13t-y000 CTO, which has an Intel i7 processor, 16 GB RAM and a TB SSD. The Product Number is W8Q19AV.
I've seen advice not to use the computer and to disconnect it from power. I'm concerned the battery may burst or leak the gas which can be harmful. If I can get the instructions on how to remove the battery, I can at least take the battery out and use the HP Envy with a power cord until a replacement battery can be obtained.
Thank you !!
