Hello, I left my laptop at home for a few days on 'hibernate' and everything was working fine before. When I returned after 4-5 days, the laptop wouldn't power on and even when plugged in to a charger, the light doesn't show up and the computer still can't be booted up. I tried with a different charger to rule out that it's the charger's fault. It seems strange that suddenly the laptop would fail so suddenly and without any known cause. Now not sure what to do since it seems to be completely dead. Tried doing the 10 second power button trick to reset, but doesn't seem like a battery issue. Any help is appreciated - I have a lot of data stored on that computer that I wasn't prepared to lose. Thanks!
Just want to add that I don't think I'll ever buy HP again because of what happened. Doesn't seem like any stores can fix it and there is no support at all for my issue. The laptop was barely 2 years old.
