Product: Envy 17'
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Does anyone know when HP will start offering black keyboards for the Envy again?  I will need to buy an Envy (17") soon and I will not buy one with a grey keyboard.  Any feed back on the left hinge issue breaking.  My Envy (6years old) is ready for its 2nd left hinge replacement (sounds like a hip replacement) it gets expensive and annoying to have to replace these defective hinges.  Would appreciate any feedback about these 2 questions.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
