HI.  I have an Envy DV6 Series 7300 laptop with NVidia graphics.  It is overheating, gets really hot.  Does anyone know the part number for the correct replacement fan, should I need to get one?  Thanks.

If the fan is still spinning and not giving a 90B error on boot its not likely the fan needs replaced. More likely the fan and heatsink need to be removed, and they and the whole surrounding area need cleaning and the heatsink and fan reinstalled with correctly applied new thermal compound. Here is the Service Manual and post back with any more questions.

The fan and heatsink is part #11 on page 29
