Just received a GP70N External DVDRW Drive and I've not been able to get the driver. Every time I attempt to load either the model number or the serial number or the combination of the two, it doesn't recognize them. I was able to locate and download the installation manual but that doesn't help if I can't get the driver or for my laptop to recognize it. I'm using Windows 11.

This is a USB device and it is recognized by window 10 and 11. Drivers are only needed for XP and possibly Vista.
Windows 11 media player is capable of playing any movies.
Try using a USB-3 port instead of a USB-2
