I had bought my HP Envy x360 Laptop from USA,5 years ago through my brother. Warranty had been expired a year ago.
Currently I'm staying in India.
Now I'm facing a Fan Issue(Whenever I turn on my Laptop ,the Laptop is Vibrating like anything and making loud noise). I approached nearby HP Authorized Customer Center in India. They said, since you have bought the Laptop abroad, the appropriate parts wont be available in India usually. They said since Envy is Premium Segment Laptop, Usually they won't keep the Original Parts. They asked me to try get a New Fan from abroad.
What can I do now? Since my laptop is in perfect condition. Only having the Fan Issue.
Can I buy a Fan through Amazon World wide Store or can I contact my brother and get the Fan from abroad?
Will the be Original Fan availabe?
