Hi, @SSS80 I will need more information about the issue.

Is there a message saying that you should update the BIOS making your PC not usable at the moment or do you just want to update it on your own?

I ask because there does not seem to be an update for your BIOS for this particular PC.

Charlieltuah1  I haven't any update message on laptop, I just want to upgrade my own. Because i can't find any Firmware on my Device Manager.

F2 does NOT have option of Firmware Management so no way to update using that process.

You can try another method to see if the laptop will read the flash drive-although I'm not sure that will solve the no-boot problem. You may end up having to choose F11 and do a System Recovery.

Alternate BIOS update method:

Shut down laptop and insert flash drive into usb port. Next press and hold Windows key and B key.

Continue holding the keys and press power button for 3-5 seconds.

Release power button but continue holding Windows and B key for another 10-15 seconds.

Hopefully a BIOS recovery screen will appear or you hear beeps indicating the flash drive is being read.

Hi, @SSS80

To answer your question...

F.23 was the last BIOS update HP released for your notebook.

There's nothing newer.
