HP does NOT own GCASH. You have to ask them. Did you pay HP directly or using GCash app?

Its tedious to claim your gcash reward. I will not recommend your services or products anymore. Did everything in your web instructions and HP reps thru email adding steps required to claim like cutting the box etc. having released stamps and whatso. I have to call the reseller to help me fix the sales invoice . If you dnt want to give your promo, gcash prmo to be specific well dont prmote any promo

I have also the same issue, I registered as soon as I got the Product since one of the reasons I bought is because of the cashback promotion. after a few days my application was confirmed and a week later they sent me code of the voucher, however they instructed me to send my details then wait for a maximum of 15 business days, i already waited for a month long now and still got no reward
