Hello, I have a problem where the fast charging on my laptop will just not work. I am using the original charger that came with it a year ago, tried different outlets, and tried charging it while it was off.

It used to charge very fast up until recently where now it takes hours to fully charge. Could I please have some help?

I suggest checking in the BIOS to see if fast charging is enabled.
