Hi there I am wondering what is the largest amount of M.2 NVME PCIe  this will run? Is the M.2 PCIe x2 or x4?  Also can I replace the 1TB sata drive with an ssd? will this laptop take 2x16gb of ram or just 2x8gb?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that you have

  • 1 TB 5400 rpm SATA
  • 128 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD drive installed on the PC.

Click here: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06377664 to know more about storage ( refer to the page 2 Chapter 1 Product description )

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hi There. Yes I knew the specs the laptop came with but I was wondering what is the largest amount of M.2 NVME PCIe  this will run? Is the M.2 PCIe x2 or x4?  Also can I replace the 1TB sata drive with an ssd? will this laptop take 2x16gb of ram or just 2x8gb? here.  I haven't bought the laptop yet I am just inquiring about it because it looks like the one I want to get.
