I bought a Victus laptop last September 6, 2022. One of the main reasons we decided to buy this one was the gcash promo. On the day we bought the product, we sent our details for the voucher code. A month later, we finally got the code and we immediately sent our details. A response came back two days later, October 12, 2022, and they said that they will send the 5,000 to my gcash account after a maximum of 15 days excluding weekends and holidays. Today, it already exceeded the maximum number of days they set. I was wondering if anybody had the same problem and were they resolved and how can I resolve this.
