Hello @Tan_Nguyen1986, Welcome to the HP Support Community.

You can fix an HP H160 wireless earbud that did not connect on one side by resetting the Bluetooth connection, cleaning the charging contacts, or performing a factory reset.

Quick Troubleshooting Steps

  • Charge fully: Place both earbuds in the charging case and plug it into power for at least 30 minutes. A critically low battery can cause one side to shut down or fail to sync.
  • Clean the contacts: Wipe the metal charging pins inside the case and the bottom of the non-working earbud with a dry, soft cloth or a cotton swab to remove dirt or sweat blocking the charge. Also check the audio mesh for earwax buildup.
  • Forget and re-pair the device: Go to your phone or computer's Bluetooth settings, select your HP earbuds, and choose "Forget This Device". Turn your Bluetooth off, wait 5 seconds, turn it back on, and pair the earbuds again.
  • Reset the earbuds: Put both earbuds in the case and follow the manufacturer's reset procedure (often holding the touch control or case button for 10 seconds until the indicators flash).
  • Check audio balance: Open your device's sound or accessibility settings and make sure the left-to-right audio balance slider is centered.

If these steps do not fix the issue, let me know:

  • Does the non-working side light up or show charging activity when placed in the case?

Have a great day!
