Hello 🙂
I ran an HP PC Hardware Diagnostics system test and got the following failure ID code: RW7BU3-9LW9SF-XD7V6K-60T413
I clicked on it but didn' get anything useful, and the Virtual Agent brought me here.
Can anyone tell me what this means, and what can I do to fix it?

Hi:
The error code reported, Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure, means the hard drive needs to be replaced, and the operating system reinstalled.
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

After you replace the hard drive, you can reinstall W10 for free by creating bootable installation media using the media creation tool at the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
Then you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
