@Pejek, definitely it worked man 🙂 Just disable the HotKeyServiceUWP service and stop it, then install HP Hotkey Support, it's that easy 🙂 thanks alot

840 G5 with same issue, latest version of Win 10. 

 

Solution for me was to:

1. install the HP hotkey support driver via https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp91501-92000/sp91903.exe as others have mentioned

2. Rollback the HP LAN/WLAN/WWAN Switching and Hotkey Service via Device Manager -> Software components to the 12/2020 version. The error persisted until this driver was rolled back, so I believe this is the issue. 

3. Restart and done

 

I hope that helps others with a similar issue.
