On your laptop's Driver download portal web page there is an HP Hotkey support driver that may resolve the issue.
I stated the word may because your laptop was not supported for Windows 11 by HP.

There is an HP softpaq at your laptop's Software & Driver download web portal that when installed should resolve that issue.
Since you have not identified your laptop with the HP Product number or SKU, I am unable to assist you with that.
When you do not identify your desktop or laptop PC, you tie our hands behind our backs. Help us to help you.
When logged into Windows, hold down the Windows key and tap the R key once.
That will open the Windows run dialogue
Type in msinfo32 and press enter.
The ninth line is the SKU and the HP product number. Kindly post it in your next reply in your thread.
The System SKU/Product ID will enable us to determine the hardware configuration of your notebook.
