Product: HP ProBook 450 G7 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After HP update last night, one of my hdmi port in laptop doesn't work. It's not a problem of the monitor since I checked it works with Thunderbolt port. Here is my update history

 

HP Inc. - Firmware - 1.15.0.0

2022-11-23

HP Development Company, L.P. - Keyboard - 11.1.8.1

2022-11-23

HP Inc. - SoftwareComponent - 1.49.3231.0

2022-11-23

 

If there isn't any solution, I want to rollback. Is it possible?

(1) In most cases, the simplest solution:

 => Use Windows Restore to return to the restore point (date) >>> before <<< the error occurred.
