HP Recommended

 I have an HP Pavillion 15 & need to replace the  K-1O4 battery (recommended800049-001). Are these genuine batteries still available in the UK as there are so many "compatible" ones for sale with unknown qualites but wth glowing revues??? I would appreciate any advice. Many thanks.

According to the HP UK parts store the battery is not sold by HP.

 

The HP Parts Store - HP Computer Parts - HP Printer Parts - HP parts - hp batteries - SSD - printhea...

 

You can check with HP's authorized parts suppliers that do business in the UK and see if they have any for sale.

 

The HP Parts Store | HP Computer Parts | HP Printer Parts | HP parts | hp batteries | SSD | printhea...

 

If not, you will have to go with an aftermarket battery.
