Pavilion Wireless Keyboard And Mouse 800
macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hey all,

I recently purchased the Pavilion Wireless Keyboard and Mouse 800 and connected them to my Macbook Pro 2017.

They work fine in general with the exception of the keypad on the right. Using the keypad either correctly enters the number I clicked, but with an error sound, or, on excel for example, enters a strange character before every number.

Until now I cannot find the solution. Who can help me?

Hi @Duif,

I'd like to help!

Please check that your keyboard it set to type in your desired keyboard language and layout.

To do this go to System Preferences > Language & Text > Input Sources > And tick or untick the languages and keyboard layout you require.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
