Hello everyone,
I have an HP laptop named "15 DW2025CL" and my "3-cell, 41 Wh Li-ion" battery is no longer working.
I don't know where to go to get one.
I currently live in France, does anyone know of a website that sells the battery mentioned above, both new and original.

Thank you for your help. It helped me find a solution and I want to share it with the community.
I learned something essential for every laptop or desktop:
- Go to the manufacturer's website and look for the "Care and Maintenance Guide" or its equivalent.
- Consult the "Authorized Service Provider Disassembly and Parts Replacement Procedures" section or its equivalent.
- Look for the spare part number and use this information to find a retailer specializing in computer equipment. These sites will ask you for this number to find the corresponding item.
In my case, I was looking for a battery for my HP LAPTOP 15 DW2025CL laptop, and the spare part number was L11119-855. I was recommended the 1001piles website, where I was able to find the battery I needed.
I hope this experience can also help other members of the community.

In my case, I was looking for a battery for my HP LAPTOP 15 DW2025CL laptop, and the spare part number was L11119-855.
I searched for my laptop model on the HP website
Select the "How to" tab in the left-hand vertical menu > select the "Power supply" section > select the "Lithium-ion batteries" item at the bottom of the page click on the "Contact us" button
Go to HP support
Create a user account
Click on "add a new product" > Enter the serial number* (found on the back of your laptop) or hold down the Fn + Esc buttons at the same time > Enter the product number
A new page appears, offering different solutions. Select "View details" > Click on "View contact options".
You are offered different connection types, I chose "WhatsApp".
An agent pointed me to this site "HP Parts Store "** to buy an original, new battery directly from them or from their authorized resellers.
I hope this experience can also help other members of the community.
