Hi, do you know where to buy laptop case for HP Laptop 14-ck0018tx? Both top and base cover are damaged, holes for screws are broken and it can't fold properly. Thank you very much.

You may order the replacement parts on the HP Parts Store, use the HP Parts Surfer to find the part number and If you've already looked for it and couldn't find it on the HP Parts Store, you may want to get it locally at the online store such as Amazon or eBay, etc...as the part numbers are universal.
Also refer to this guide: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06146800
Let me know if this helps.

I think it get fallen and was opened on not flat surface therefore the plastic which holding the brass inner and screw get cracked. I was able to make a temporary solution by using epoxy pioneer but it the screen will permanently opened to prevent further crack. Thank you.
