HP Laptop - 14-dk1003dx
Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

Hey, my charger port broke and I was wondering how I could charge my laptop. I’ve searched through the internet and found out that you could charge an HP laptop through a USB - C charger but I’m not sure whether HP Laptop-14-dk1003dx would be able to charge through it. If it could charge through it, can you find me a charger for it?

-Thanks

@Sxfrui

I reviewed your post and I understand that the charging port is damaged on the computer and you want to know whether you can charge your laptop using the USB C port on the computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

You will not be able to charge your laptop using the USB C port. However, I recommend you contact support and they will assist you with the available service options for your computer to get the charging port fixed.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
