I have a HP Laptop 15-bs0xx
Serial No: [edited]
Product No:1WP50UA#ABA
Every time I unplug the charger from the battery, my computer shuts off immediately even thought the battery indicator is showing that the battery is at 100%
I followed the solution to correct the problem located in the thread HERE.; however it did not work. I didn't receive any error messages. It simply didn't work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I must travel at the end of the week and I need my laptop and currently it's useless to me if I have to keep it plugged in all the time.
Thank you.

Update
I kept searching the forums for an answer and found THIS
Before I could swap the power cord, as I was reseating the battery for the dozenth time, I got a better light and notice a bent pin.
I carefully straightened everything out. Reseated the battery and voila... my laptop is functioning normal again.
I hope this info helps someone in the future....
