Hi @tonton11,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your laptop!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Identify the Exact Model:

  • Ensure you have the exact model number when searching for replacement parts. For HP laptops, the model number is typically found on a sticker on the underside of the laptop.

Purchase a Replacement Keyboard:

  • Look for a genuine or compatible replacement keyboard for your HP Laptop 15-dw3xxx. Many online stores sell replacement parts, including Amazon. Here are some options:
    • Amazon Germany: Search for "HP Laptop 15-dw3xxx replacement keyboard".
    • Local Electronics Stores: Some local stores may also have replacement parts available.

Replace the Keyboard:

  • Follow user manuals or online guides for replacing the keyboard. HP's support website often provides detailed instructions and videos for specific models.
  • Ensure you have the necessary tools (e.g., small screwdrivers, prying tools).

I hope this helps.
