Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ich betreibe meinen HP Laptop 17-ak0xx idR am 230V-Netz. Seit ca. 2 Monaten lädt nun mein  Akku nicht mehr. Der Akkutest ergab 99% Ladekapazität, mein Akkuist also OK. Einen defekten Treiber kann ich ausschließen. Ich habe eine komplette Rücksicherung durchgeführt - ohne Erfolg. Es dürfte sich daher um einen techn. Defekt in der Ladeelektronik handeln. Leider ist die Garantie inzwischen (29.12.2019) abgelaufen. Ist eine Reparatur auf Kulanz möglich (Fehler trat innerhalb der Garantiezeit auf) oder was ist zu tun?
