OMEN by HP - 17-w183ng
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Processor: i7 6700HQ
Hello People!
I would like to upgrade my RAM right now i have 2x 4gb PC4 2400T83997147_1131183933899103_4162366120675770368_n.jpg

My question is; if i can upgrade it with:

Crucial 16GB Kit (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 SODIMM..it has no T in the ending of 2400, does that matter ? (and as far as i know my laptop would not support 2666 MT/s right ?

Hi:

Below is the link to the crucial memory report for your notebook.

https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/HP-Compaq/hp-omen-17-w183ng

The processor your notebook has is not going to run the memory any faster than 2133 MHz, so 2400 MHz memory is more than enough.
