Is there anyone exist who purchased laptop from hp website when cyber week discount sells were going on? Have you been get your laptop on estimated delivery date?
I ordered a hp laptop on 6th dec., it is supposed to ready to ship within 17 dec. I don't see any progress of my product's shipment since i've placed order on hp website. 17 dec. was the estimated date of shipment of my laptop. But my laptop's shipment status is still showing ''your pc is being built". That means it isn't even ready to ship. If it isn't even ready to ship, how would i get my laptop before Christmas as it was advertised on hp website. It's really frustrating for me that the shipment progress is not going as expected. I don't know why it's taking too long to build a laptop, i'm really anxious about hp laptop's delivery system. Please someone tell me how could i know current status of the shipment of my purchased laptop?. My order number: [edit].

Hi, I have almost the same exact issue, down to the dates. Ordered on the 6th, advertised to arrive on the 17th. Before christmas by a comfortable margin. The next day, it jumped to 27th, and then settled on the 23rd; It has sat on "Your PC is being built" for the weeks since then. Considering I'm going to need to sign for this, and I'm juggling family schedules, visits etc, not to mention the delay- this is indeed immensely frustrating. Given an apparent surge of black friday builds, I am nervous about the delivery and the assembly quality; I'm already anticipating a sloppy thermal paste job.

Hp has already delivered my purchased product through ups mail exactly on estimated delivery date. I really appreciate their customer service and their integrity. At first, they didn't give me any tracking code to track my shipping and didn't update shipping status on time. That's why i was really confused about my order. After posting about my concern on hp community, i got an email from hp which included shipment tracking code and after that i was able to track shipment status of my purchased product.
